FIXES:

 - Fixed a lot of C# compiler warnings
 - Workaround for the RunUO faction bug: Reflection.cs assumes
 - Fixed a null cast in ScriptCompiler.CheckStamps()

CHANGES:

 - Alphabetically sorted directory entries; ScriptCompiler.cs now sorts
 - Filenames before passing them to the compiler
